Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of LeadFlow Pages. By ordering, paying for, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
LeadFlow Complete includes a professionally configured one-page business website, hosting, a private LeadFlow business workspace, customer request or booking tools, business notifications, supported customer emails, morning and end-of-day workflows, and standard maintenance within the plan's published limits.
The launch plan supports one business, one location, one shared schedule, and email-first communication. SMS, complex multi-location or multi-staff scheduling, invoicing, payroll, inventory, deposits, medical records, and custom software development are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Setup and launch
You must provide complete and accurate setup information, including services, prices, hours, branding assets, contact information, and customer-flow selections. LeadFlow configures the website and workspace from the supported options, provides a preview, and launches after required setup, payment, and approval steps are complete.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, services, prices, availability, policies, customer communications, review links, and any content or files you provide. You must own or have permission to use uploaded logos, photos, text, trademarks, and other materials.
You are responsible for keeping the shared schedule current, responding to customer requests when business confirmation is required, reviewing important notices, and correcting inaccurate appointment or customer information.
Acceptable use
You may not use LeadFlow for unlawful activity, deceptive practices, harassment, spam, purchased contact lists, mass cold email, malware, infringement, or collection of highly sensitive information through standard forms. Customer messaging is limited to supported service-related communication and permitted follow-up.
Customer communication
Supported messages may be sent using the business name with a business-specific address on a LeadFlow sending domain. Replies are directed to the reply address supplied by the business. You authorize LeadFlow to deliver approved service messages on behalf of your business and agree to maintain a valid reply address.
Third-party services
LeadFlow depends on third-party services for hosting, payments, email delivery, file storage, and other infrastructure. Their availability, limits, and policies may affect portions of the service. We may replace a provider or adjust an integration when reasonably necessary to keep LeadFlow operating.
Billing
LeadFlow Complete is billed at $30/month with no setup fee unless a different written offer is shown at checkout. Subscription charges recur until canceled. Taxes, chargebacks, and payment-provider requirements may apply.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your managed system remains active through the end of your current billing period. Canceling stops future renewal charges but does not reverse charges already earned for the current billing period, except where required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or limit service for nonpayment, harmful or unlawful activity, security risk, excessive abuse of shared infrastructure, or a material breach of these terms. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We aim to keep websites and customer capture available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance, provider outages, internet failures, or events outside our control may temporarily affect service.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the business content and assets you provide. You grant LeadFlow permission to host, process, resize, display, and transmit that content as necessary to deliver the service. LeadFlow retains ownership of its software, systems, layouts, automation, documentation, and reusable components.
Disclaimers and limitation
LeadFlow is a business operations and website service, not legal, accounting, medical, financial, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and LeadFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as LeadFlow changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
