Privacy Policy
Last updated August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LeadFlow Pages collects and handles information when a business orders or uses LeadFlow and when a visitor interacts with a LeadFlow-powered website.
Information we collect
We collect information submitted during setup, including the business name, owner or contact name, email address, phone number, service area, services, prices, business hours, branding choices, website links, review links, logos, photos, and other files the business chooses to provide.
When a visitor uses a customer website, we may collect the details entered into its form, including name, email address, phone number, requested service, preferred date or time, notes, and other intake answers shown on that form.
We may also collect standard technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, page requests, delivery events, and error logs.
How information is used
We use information to create and maintain websites, process orders and subscriptions, operate customer forms, organize requests and appointments, maintain private business workspaces, deliver notifications and customer messages, provide support, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability.
Business customer information
Each business controls the customer information collected through its website and is responsible for using that information lawfully. LeadFlow processes that information to provide the services selected by the business. Customer-facing messages may be delivered using a business-specific address on a LeadFlow sending domain, with replies directed to the business's chosen reply address.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, payment processing, email delivery, file storage, and private LeadFlow workspaces. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and handle it under their own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with the business that collected it, with service providers supporting LeadFlow, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the public, or the security and integrity of the service.
Data retention
We retain information while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, recovery, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention may vary by record type. A business may request an export or deletion of eligible records by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so businesses should avoid collecting payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through standard LeadFlow forms.
Choices and requests
Businesses may update their account information, cancel service, or request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Visitors should contact the business they interacted with for requests involving information submitted to that business. Optional rebooking or promotional messages should include or honor an available opt-out method.
Children
LeadFlow is intended for businesses and is not designed for children under 13 to use independently. Businesses should not knowingly use LeadFlow to collect children's personal information without the authorization required for their service.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.
