Refund Policy

LeadFlow Complete is a monthly managed service. This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled.

Monthly billing

You are billed $30/month. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime. Your managed system remains active through the end of your current billing period.

Canceling

You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next monthly charge. Canceling does not normally create a prorated refund for unused days in the current billing period.

Refund requests

Payments are generally nonrefundable after the billing period begins because setup, hosting, maintenance, and service capacity are provided throughout that period. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized billing, or a failure to provide the purchased service. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.
