LeadFlow Pages provides simple one-page lead capture websites for local businesses. The service may include website hosting, a lead form, lead delivery by email, a Google Sheet lead tracker, and owner-approved launch.
LeadFlow Pages is billed as a monthly subscription. Pricing shown at checkout applies to the selected plan. Customers may cancel future billing, but past paid months are not automatically refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Customers receive a preview link before launch. A site is considered approved only when the customer uses the provided approval link or otherwise gives clear written approval. After approval, LeadFlow Pages may deploy the site live.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business information, text, logo, photos, services, contact details, and claims submitted for the website.
LeadFlow Pages does not guarantee search rankings, ad results, traffic, calls, sales, or leads. The service provides a website and lead capture system, not guaranteed business outcomes.
Websites are provided on a best-effort basis. LeadFlow Pages does not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LeadFlow Pages is not liable for lost revenue, lost profits, lost business, missed leads, downtime, data loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages.
If LeadFlow Pages is found responsible for a service issue, the maximum remedy is limited to the amount the customer paid to LeadFlow Pages for the affected month of service.
LeadFlow Pages processes lead submissions to deliver them to the business owner by email and Google Sheet, and may store lead records to provide the service, support, and troubleshooting. LeadFlow Pages does not sell lead data.
LeadFlow Pages may update these terms. Continued use of the service after updates means the customer accepts the updated terms.
